I had a highly disappointing experience with this company, particularly in dealing with a representative named Nancy, whose unprofessional conduct was unacceptable. After receiving items that were in appalling condition—filled with tears, structural damage, and stains—I requested a refund and submitted detailed photographic evidence. Rather than addressing my concerns, Nancy dismissed the obvious defects as "minor imperfections" and even accused me of trying to obtain products for free, which was both offensive and baseless.
The items I received were drastically below the quality advertised, making them unsellable and unusable. Nancy's approach was dismissive, denying the clear defects and refusing to provide a solution, such as a prepaid return label or replacement. Her lack of professionalism and accusatory tone only made the situation worse, reflecting poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
I would not recommend this supplier to anyone.

Our products do not have any quality problems. The partial EVA creases are also due to the long sea transportation time. This is a normal phenomenon. We also told the buyer how to solve it. We asked the customer to give us an overall picture of the product, but the customer did not provide it. He sent a few enlarged detail pictures and asked us to refund the full amount.Later we asked Alibaba to intervene, but the platform also refused to approve his full refund because all our product pictures and packaging pictures were complete. The buyer could not provide more evidence and did not fully refund him, so he gave a bad review.
