I had a highly disappointing experience with this company, particularly in dealing with a representative named Nancy, whose unprofessional conduct was unacceptable. After receiving items that were in appalling condition—filled with tears, structural damage, and stains—I requested a refund and submitted detailed photographic evidence. Rather than addressing my concerns, Nancy dismissed the obvious defects as "minor imperfections" and even accused me of trying to obtain products for free, which was both offensive and baseless. The items I received were drastically below the quality advertised, making them unsellable and unusable. Nancy's approach was dismissive, denying the clear defects and refusing to provide a solution, such as a prepaid return label or replacement. Her lack of professionalism and accusatory tone only made the situation worse, reflecting poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this supplier to anyone.
